In recent years, region-specific variant Pokemon evolutions have become commonplace in Pokemon titles. They add something new to the world and offer fans a chance to see a new take on their favourite Pokemon from previous generations. Pokemon Arceus Legends might be changing up the way Pokemon is going to play, but it’s not ditching this newly-added feature. All the new Hisuian regional variant Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus
At the moment, Nintendo has only hinted that four new Hisuian regional variant Pokemon are coming to Pokemon Legends Arceus. We’re expecting a lot more from the new Pokemon game, but they need to keep some secrets from us ahead of launch. Here’s what we know about so far…
Hisuian Growlithe – Fire/Rock Type
This Pokemon has longer fur to insulate it against the harsher climate of the Hisui Region. No Hisuian Arcanine has been announced yet.
Hisuian Bravairy – Psychic/Flying Type
This Pokemon is reportedly only seen in the Hisui Region during winter. No Hisuian Rufflet has been announced yet.

Hisuian Voltorb – Electric/Grass Type
This Pokemon has a wooden appearance to reflect the older, wooden Pokeballs used in the Hisui Region at the time. No Hisuian Electrode has been announced yet.
Hisuian Zoura – Normal/Ghost Type
It appears that this regional variant of Zoura is white with fluffier fur to reflect the colder climate of the Hisuian Region.
Hisuian Zouroark – Normal/Ghost Type
In addition to this, It appears that this regional variant of Zourark is also white with fluffier fur to reflect the colder climate of the Hisuian Region.
There are rumours that the three starter Pokemon – Rowlet, Oshawott, and Cyndaquil – will all also have Hisuian regional variant final evolutions. These should be confirmed sooner or later, so we’ll keep this updated with the latest information on that.
