When does Lemnis Gate come out? – Release Date & Gameplay Footage
Disrupt the past; change the future. Frontier Foundry and Ratloop Games Canada are trying to innovate the FPS genre with time-bending gameplay, but what date does Lemnis Gate even release? Lemnis Gate Release Date
Ratloop Games Canada’s Lemnis Gate is sticking firmly to its initial “Summer 2021” release date and will release on August 3rd, 2021. It’s due to arrive on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Steam and Windows PC. Sadly, there’s no mention of a Nintendo Switch port but we can imagine the development team are considering it at the very least.
As a “turn-based strategy FPS” that is “taking place in a time loop”, it’s safe to say that Lemnis Gate has a pretty unique premise. Its battles are being pitched as a 4D experience and the unique combination of genres should make it a memorable experience no matter how it is received.
” Earn victory by executing incredible strategies over five rounds. Mastering Lemnis Gate requires quick wits, keen trigger fingers, and strategic innovation. “

Lemnis Gate is also leaning on another sub-genre of FPS games: the “Hero Shooter”. There’s going to be seven Operatives at launch, each with their own loadout and Special Ability that is sure to add another layer of strategy to this tactics-heavy shooter.
