With the 2023 LCS spring split day three arriving, along with the second week of the 2023 LCS season, a new week of play is here, along with multiple storylines as well. Are Counter Logic Gaming really a title contender? Can Team Liquid Honda get back on track during the second week of the 2023 LCS spring split? Is TSM a top team?

Team Liquid Honda is back on track

After a disappointing first week, Team Liquid Honda wanted to get back on track during the 2023 LCS Spring Split day three. Their star-studded roster that consists of Pyosik, Summit, and CoreJJ did not show up the way that fans and analysts wanted during their first games on stage.

They looked slow and unorganized, making mistakes while playing, players were not on the same page, and were all around a disappointment. Today, however, was the opposite. They were all on the same page, and communication about what they wanted to do did not seem to be an issue.

Granted, their opponent was not the best team in the league in Immortals Progressive, but that should still not take away from their performance today. Even if their opponents were not the greatest in the league, coming together and improving their play is still something that fans should see as a good thing in the early weeks of the 2023 LCS Spring Split.

With the 2023 LCS Spring Split day three coming to a close, some storylines have had some clarity, while more have popped up in their place. Team Liquid Honda has come back together, and Counter Logic Gaming was out-drafted by Cloud9, exposing their weaknesses as a team.

In terms of new storylines, there is a handful of those as well. Are 100 Thieves really a top team? What is going on with Dignitas’s star-studded roster? Are Evil Geniuses a good team, or are they playing against weaker teams and beating them? Some of these questions will be answered tomorrow, but we will have to wait till the end of the split before we have our answers.
