As suggested in the title, the Deep Dark biome is found deep underground in the Overworld. This biome is often covered in large patches of sculk blocks, with these blocks being surrounded by sculk veins, including sculk shriekers, sculk sensors and sculk catalysts. No mobs spawn in this biome, however if a player activates a sculk shriker, you may encounter the warden, the darkest of mobs now available in game. This dark, gloomy biome is set to be an exciting place for players to explore.

Mangrove Swamp, not quite as dark as Deep Dark, can be located easily on the map by first locating Mangrove roots and mud blocks. Located within this biome are frogs, who can be very useful to your quest, so listen closely for these tiny amphibians.

Minecraft have also added new items to the game to increase building capabilities, including mud, sculk, and mangrove wood.

With the addition of the new mobs and biomes, this long awaited update is sure to bring a whole new level of creativity to Minecraft fans around the world. Happy crafting!
