Halo Infinite: Co-op gameplay footage leaked before playtest

Halo Infinite Campaign Co-op

Campaign co-op in Halo Infinite is a long-awaited mode that will be coming to the game later this year.

As announced by 343 Industries earlier this month, the first-person shooter game would be having its first public playtests sometime next month when the campaign co-op beta launches. They also shared that the full release of the said mode would take place in August.

However, even before the scheduled playtest, fans of the first-person shooter game can already see what’s generally in the co-op campaign through a video recently posted by Foxie117 on YouTube.

While it is unclear what exactly this video was for, there is a big possibility that it’s early footage of the playtest, which gives players a look at what they can expect from the most awaited update.

The said footage, which is below, is over 20 minutes long and shows the entirety of the game’s first mission. Therefore, it is important to note that this contains spoilers for those who are yet to play the game.

Without any seen anomalies in the video, the mode seems to work well. This is good news for the Halo community as Halo Infinite was initially released without a campaign co-op to the disappointment of fans.

As to when exactly players can expect the upcoming mode, it is likely that 343 Industries will announce its release date sometime next month.
