LS Car Meet expansion adds new Reputation progression to GTA Online

Following on from Red Dead Online’s Blood Money expansion, it’s GTA Online’s turn to get the “Summer Update” treatment. The Los Santos Tuners expansion, which introduces the LS Car Meet system, is going to expand on the automotive underground of Los Santos and seems somewhat grounded in the wake of the Cunning Stunts and Deadline content.

Here’s everything you need to know about the new Reputation system being added to GTA Online through the LS Car Meet.

LS Car Meet To Add New Reputation System

As soon as you arrive at the “non-descript, graffitied warehouse on the edge of town” where Rockstar Games has decided to locate the LS Car Meet, you’ll be met with a new Reputation system. This is going to have unique levelling and progression separate from everything else in GTA Online, if Rockstar Games are telling the truth, and should open up quite a few new features to you as a player.

” … you’ll get access to the Test Track, a large underground space inside the Car Meet warehouse where you and your friends can drive, drift, and race vehicles freely, without interference from pesky pedestrians or the law. You can also sample new Test Rides in the Test Track – your chance to get behind the wheel of a rotating selection of vehicles and push their limits.”

If you want to fork out GTA$ 50,000, you can become a member of the LS Car Meet and gain access to a number of additional features. PS Plus players get GTA$ 1,000,000 free a month with their membership, so this shouldn’t be a huge problem. These additional features include…

  • Prize Ride Challenges
    • Through these, you can attempt to win a special “Prize Ride”.
  • Special Shop Access
    • Merch Shop
    • Tattoo Shop
    • Modding Area
  • Private Takeover (Available to “higher level members”)
    • This will customise the LS Car Meet with lighting and banners of your choice.
