Berry is a simply named item in Genshin Impact that is commonly used as a cooking ingredient. It cannot be consumed on its own, unlike Apples and Sunsettias.

Berry Locations
Berries are pretty common in Genshin Impact. They grow in groups of three in a single stem and can be found in the wild, specifically in grassy areas, all over Teyvat. As of writing, NO shops sell Berries, but one NPC will give you some for FREE.
This lack of merchant supply isn’t much of a concern though, because the wild Berry in Genshin Impact can be found pretty much anywhere. Stocking up won’t be too difficult if you’re willing to wander the wilds to collect them for a short time.
