Xinyan is one of the easiest characters to find in the cast of 2.8 in Genshin Impact. This means that ‘where is Xinyan in the Golden Apple Archipelago’ is pretty easy to answer as far as this patch is concerned. Xinyan can be found near the large blue flower that is created through her story quest.

The easiest way to visit is here by simply using the teleport beacon in the middle of her island and walking over. She’s not remotely hidden around here. Just teleport and wander over to the flower location, and then she’s easy to see.

Kazuha is similarly easy to find, while Fischl is a bit more complex.

Xinyan, like the other characters, is available to talk during the duration of the return of the Golden Apple Archipelago in Genshin Impact 2.8. Additionally, like the others, he has three different chat topics to work through. Naturally, these chat options can only be accessed after going through the relevant parts of the story to allow her to appear in the first place.
