Genshin Impact: Varka may not be the bearded adult-looking man fans expect him to be

While Varka is a name both new and old players of Genshin Impact are familiar with, what the Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius actually looks like is a mystery to all.
The Grand Master, who is yet to make an in-game appearance, was once called by the Fatui Harbinger Tartaglia the “Titan of the Knights of Favonius.” Moreover, the Electro character Razor, with his simplistic and broken sentences, describes Varka as “that man big” in one of the Wolf Boy’s voice lines.
With these descriptions and the fact that he is the Grand Master of the Knights, one would definitely think that Varka is a huge bearded adult-looking man. However, this may not be the case according to recent leaks.

Leaks reveal details on Varka’s model and when he will appear in-game
Several leakers, including HL and Xwides Impact, state that Varka will make his first in-game appearance in Version 3.8 or the succeeding patches. Moreover, leakers share that players will get to know the Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius better when the nation of Fontaine gets released.
However, the leaks also state that Varka will not be an adult-looking man as fans have already speculated in older fan art pieces. This means that he will be a young-looking character who doesn’t have a beard, which is not a character model one would imagine for a “Titan” of a Grand Master.
While it is unclear whether or not Varka will have a muscular body type similar to the enemy Eremite Daythunder, most of the replies to these leaks are expressing disappointment toward the game developers for not adding body type diversity to the game’s playable roster.

Based on lore, the 5-star Geo character Arataki Itto is potentially the first buff playable character in Genshin Impact. However, while he does have a slightly taller height than other playable characters, he still has the same slim model similar to other male units and is nowhere near the actual buff enemies that the game has already introduced.
Still, the details provided by the leakers about Varka are unofficial and are subject to change. Therefore, they should be taken with a grain of salt.
Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game developed by miHoyo, also known as HoYoverse. The game is available on PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android, while a release on Nintendo Switch is currently in the works.
