Summit Shaper is a 5-Star sword in Genshin Impact. It is part of the Liyue Series of weapons. Themed after the nation of Geo, this weapon increases your shield strength while also boosting your attack.

Where to get Summit Shaper
You can obtain Summit Shaper by wishing under the following Epitome Invocation banners:
- Epitome Invocation (December 23, 2020 – January 12, 2021)
- Epitome Invocation (April 28, 2021 – May 18, 2021)
- Epitome Invocation (August 2, 2022 – August 23, 2022)
This sword is an event-wish exclusive weapon which means that you can only get it when it’s featured on the Epitome Invocation banner. Take note that you can get this weapon during the Second Phase of Version 2.8 (August 2, 2022 – August 23, 2022). So, pull for it during that time. You never know when it will be available again.

Summit Shaper skill effects
This sword’s skill is called Golden Majesty:
Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
For every weapon refinement, Shield Strength and ATK are increased by:

Recommended characters
The stackable ATK bonus of Summit Shaper works well for DPS Keqing and Ayaka. However, to maximize the Shield Strength bonus provided by this sword, having a shielder in the team is a must. For instance, Diona works well with Ayaka not only for the Cryo resonance she provides but also for her shield and healing.
If you have a Summit Shaper wielder in the team who CANNOT generate shields like Keqing and Ayaka, it is imperative to include another party member who is a shielder or simply any Geo character, provided that the character syncs well with your party. This is because Geo characters can easily trigger Crystalize to create shields. Currently, the best shielder in the game, who is also a Geo character, is Zhongli, the Geo Archon (or ex-Geo Archon) himself. So, it’s highly recommended that you add him to a team with a Summit Shaper wielder. If you don’t have him, you can experiment with other shielders.
Another Geo character who can easily benefit from Summit Shaper is the Geo Traveler. As a Geo character, the Traveler can easily trigger Crystalize and create shields. If you build them as a DPS, then this is easily one of their best swords.
Lastly, while Albedo is another sword-wielding Geo character, Summit Shaper is NOT a very good option for him, especially if you capitalize on his DEF.
