The Windblume Festival in Genshin Impact 3.5 has brought together some of the most well-loved characters from Mondstadt and Sumeru. To find some of your favorite characters, we have marked the locations of Windblume Festival Characters in Genshin Impact 3.5 on the map below. While the majority of them are in the City of Mondstadt, some can be found outside the city.

Of course, Venti can be found at the Angel’s Share Tavern. Note that he is at one of the tables outside the tavern. If you speak to him, you’ll get to hear his newly-written poem!

Timaeus and Ying’er can be found at the crafting table in Mondstadt. Maybe you should just let the lovebirds be? But, of course, you can check on them too.

As a Genius Invocation TCG enthusiast, you can find Cyno outside The Cat’s Tail. You can play TCG with him too, So, you might want to double-check your deck.

As for Albedo, you can find him chilling on the balcony of Good Hunter. You might want to sit with him for a while.

The girls Amber, Collei, Eula, and Sucrose are having a casual conversation near the Knights of Favonius Headquarters. Isn’t it nice to see that Collei is getting more comfortable around people?

As for the outdoorsy Mika and Tighnari, you can find them on a cliff near the Dawn Winery and Wolvendom.

Lastly, you can find Mona and Klee near the Statue of the Seven at Starfell Lake.
