Hunter’s Path is a 5-star bow in Genshin Impact. It is said that the white branches, which this golden bow is made of, contain the “blessing of the forest.” At the present time, trees with such branches are rarely seen.

This gilded bow was made using precious white branches. It has felled countless wicked beasts attempting to infiltrate the woods.

Where to get Hunter’s Path

Hunter’s Path can only be obtained via Wish, specifically by pulling from the Epitome Invocation Weapon Event Wish Banner. This bow is featured on the said banner from August 24, 2022 to September 9, 2022.

After that, there will be no way of acquiring the weapon unless a re-run will take place or if Genshin Impact places the weapon in the Standard Banner.

Hunter’s Path Skill Effects

This bow’s skill is called At the End of the Beast-Paths:

Gain 12% All Elemental DMG Bonus. Obtain the Tireless Hunt effect after hitting an opponent with a Charged Attack. This effect increases Charged Attack DMG by 160% of Elemental Mastery. This effect will be removed after 12 Charged Attacks or 10s. Only 1 instance of Tireless Hunt can be gained every 12s.

Recommended Characters

Because of its high CRIT Rate plus the bonus on your character’s Elemental DMG and Charged Attack DMG, Hunter’s Path is a great option for characters whose damage depend primarily on their Charged Attacks.

Of course, this bow is Tighnari‘s signature weapon and can be considered his BiS (best in slot). Gameplay-wise, the 5-star Dendro character needs to fire Charged Attacks while triggering Dendro Elemental Reactions. Since it’s only reasonable to build Tighnari with Elemental Mastery (EM), the Charged Attack DMG bonus will definitely deal significant damage toward enemies. Another character who will greatly benefit from this weapon is Ganyu. However, take note that if you are playing Ganyu as a Main DPS in a Permafrost Team, Hunter’s Path will NOT work for her. The Charged Attack DMG bonus from Hunter’s Path is based on Elemental Mastery (EM). For a quick review, the Frozen Elemental Reaction doesn’t deal damage based on EM, so it would not be wise to build Ganyu‘s EM while she is in a Permafrost Team.

For Ganyu to take advantage of Hunter’s Path‘s potential, she will need to be in a team that primarily deals damage through Melt. In this scenario, she triggers Reverse Melt as the Main DPS who has a decent EM.
