Yae Miko is an incredibly popular Genshin Impact character and she’s not even playable yet, but when is the playable release date?

What is the release date for Yae Miko in Genshin Impact

While we don’t have a specific date confirmed yet, it is incredibly likely she launches as part of 2.5, given her recent announcement following a leak of her pre-release promotional images.

Additionally, much of Yae Miko’s overall kit seems to have leaked already – which is a sign of either her sheer popularity making her a good target for leakers or her proximity to launch – and of course, possibly both. This is another indicator that 2.5 is her most likely release patch, placing her release date somewhere around mid-February, given we still have both banners of 2.4 to get through first.

It would be nice to have confirmation, but miHoYo are unlikely to want to do that just yet, given just in-game visual leaks of Yae Miko and her abilities are already causing a bit of overshadowing with patch 2.4, which launches today.

That’s everything we know about the likely release date of Yae Miko at the moment, so there isn’t much else to be said – we’ll likely get more official news from miHoYo during the later stages of patch 2.4, though in the meantime Genshin Impact leakers seem keen to give us all the info before miHoYo gets a chance.
