Genshin Impact: Where to Find Frogs?

Frogs are creatures in Genshin Impact. They can be found in the wild and can be kept as pets for the Serenitea Pot. 

Common frog found in moist environments. Full of energy, they secrete a substance that will keep you full of vitality.

While the Frog is categorized as a material that can be used as a crafting component for a number of alchemy recipes, this creature is used primarily in offensive-based alchemy. 

But where do you find them? 

As of the moment, you can’t buy the Frog in stores, but this material can generally be found near bodies of freshwater.

Mondstadt 

In Mondstadt, the Frog can be found near ponds and large bodies of water. Take note that they are mostly located away from the main city, so you will need to do some walking. 

One example is in Dadaupa Gorge. This location spawns approximately 5 Frogs. 

Another one is near the waypoint south of Springvale. The waypoint is surrounded by bodies of water, and the location spawns approximately 5 Frogs.

Liyue

In Liyue, the Frogs’ population is mainly concentrated in the southern part of the region. They can also be found on the banks of ponds and rivers. 

One example is near Qingxu Pool. There are approximately 10 Frogs that spawn around this area. 

Inazuma

You can find them in The Serpent’s Bowels, a subarea in Enkanomiya. 

Tip on Catching Frogs

While catching Frogs, you can take Sayu with you as her passive talent Yoohoo Art: Silencer’s Secret will help you go near some creatures in the game without startling them.

If you don’t have Sayu, you can still catch Frogs, but you need to be quick before they run away.
