Where to Find The Bell?
This claymore can be acquired through the Standard Wish Wanderlust Invocation. It can also be drawn from all Character Event Wishes and Weapon Event Wishes.
The only banner you can’t get it from is the Beginner’s Wish.

The Bell Skill and Effects
Rebellious Guardian
Taking DMG generates a shield that absorbs DMG up to 20% of Max HP. This shield lasts for 10s or until broken and can only be triggered once every 45s. While protected by the shield, the character gains a 12% increased DMG.
The shield increases to up to 23%/26%/29%/32% for every weapon refinement.

Recommended Characters
Beidou
A good sub-DPS, Beido is somehow vulnerable in close combats, especially if enemies do chain attacks. With The Bell, Beidou will be able to withstand more DMG while increasing her DMG output.
Not only that, Beidou’s Elemental Skill and C1 scale with HP.
Noelle
Noelle is a great Geo support. With her elemental skill, she can create a Geo Shield around her. This Geo Shield can be stacked with the shield created by The Bell to protect her from charged attacks.
Sayu
As an Anemo healer, The Bell can be a great weapon option for Sayu healer build due to the HP bonus of this claymore.
