Genshin Impact: New Yae leak shows changes to elemental burst and tails
It looks like Yae Miko has had a few adjustments made to her burst during the Genshin Impact 2.5 beta, and of course, there’s a leak for it.
Latest Genshin Yae Miko leak shows new burst visuals
Thanks to Yukikami on Twitter, we’ve got a look at some changes to how Yae and her burst look during the beta, and thus far on that Twitter thread, it’s having some mixed reactions. Our first image shows the previous burst, complete with pink-ish coloured tails.
The newly updated burst strikes a much darker tone, with tails appearing less physical and far darker in colour. Notably the background creature does still have a flair to its eyes during the burst, but not in the exact same frame.

Yae Miko Tails adjustment leak
Following on from that, the same user as above made a note of how her tails now look following the burst, and it may not be to everyone’s taste.
That’s it for this latest Yae Miko leak, showing a few tweaks to the visuals used by her Elemental burst ability and tails. The community seems pretty divided on these changes so far, with a fair number preferring the more pink tails as they suit her overall appearance better.
