Where to get Key of Khaj-Nisut
The Key of Khaj-Nisut can only be obtained via Wish, specifically by pulling from the Epitome Invocation Weapon Event Wish Banner. This weapon is featured on the said banner from October 14, 2022, to November 1, 2022. After this, there will be no way of acquiring the weapon unless a weapon banner re-run takes place.

Key of Khaj-Nisut Effects
This sword’s passive skill is called Sunken Song of the Sands:
HP increased by 20%. When an Elemental Skill hits opponents, you gain the Grand Hymn effect for 20s. This effect increases the equipping character’s Elemental Mastery by 0.12% of their Max HP. This effect can trigger once every 0.3s. Max 3 stacks. When this effect gains 3 stacks, or when the third stack’s duration is refreshed, the Elemental Mastery of all nearby party members will be increased by 0.2% of the equipping character’s max HP for 20s.

Recommended Characters
Key of Khaj-Nisut is a good weapon for sword users whose talents scale with HP. Of course, this is Nilou‘s signature weapon and is easily her BiS (best-in-slot), as the new character’s damage greatly increases based on her HP. On top of that, since she is best used in a Bloom team, the Elemental Mastery (EM) bonus from this sword will definitely allow her to deal significant damage against enemies.
Another character who can benefit from the Key of Khaj-Nisut‘s effects is Kuki Shinobu since her healing and Burst DMG scale with her HP. On the other hand, considering this sword’s EM buff for the party based on its wielder’s HP, this is a particularly great option if you build the Electro character as a healer/support.
Unfortunately, as of writing, there are not many viable characters for this sword. However, we might see more HP-scaling sword users in the future. It is possible that this would be a good weapon for the upcoming Cryo character Layla if her shields are indeed based on her max HP as stated by leaks.
