Genshin Impact: HoYoverse extends Ayaka’s character banner rerun, announces Phase 3 events
Following Genshin Impact’s announcement for Version 2.7’s delay, players expected Ayaka’s Character Banner “The Heron’s Court” to get an extension.
In a recent update from HoYoverse, this is indeed the case, and the gacha RPG is now on its Version 2.6 Phase III.
How long will Ayaka’s Character Banner be available?
At the moment, there is no definite date when “The Heron’s Court” will end. In fact, the in-game countdown for this event wish currently says “Until Version 2.6 ends.”
However, before this, the countdown said “240 days remaining” which caused some ruckus online.

What’s in Genshin Impact Version 2.6 Phase III?
The extended rerun of Ayaka’s Character Banner “The Heron’s Court” will still increase the drop-rate of the same 4-star characters it had in the beginning of the event. These are for Rosaria, Razor, and Sayu.
Aside from that, the Event Wish “Epitome Invocation” will continue to increase the drop rate of Ayaka’s signature weapon Mistsplitter Reforged and also has no definite end date.
However, players can look forward to the newest addition to Version 2.6 Phase III. These are two upcoming events called Spices from the West and Overflowing Mastery.
Running from May 14 to June 7, the “Spices from the West” event will reward players with various resources including Primogems, Hero’s Wit, weapon ascension materials, and Mora for helping Nazafarin to make special seasonings.
On the other hand, the “Overflowing Mastery” event runs from May 22 to May 29 and will reward players with double the number of rewards they get from Talent Level-up Material Domains such as Forsaken Rift, Taishan Mansion, and Violet Court.
Similar to the Ley Line Overflow Event, players can use Original Resin to double their rewards up to 3 times a day.
