Genshin Impact Guide to Ballad: Where to Find and Who Can Use

In Genshin Impact, you not only need to level up your characters to make them stronger, you also need to level up their Talents.

Talents are special abilities that are commonly known as skills in most games, and to level them up, you need Talent Level-up Materials. Due to the way they look, these materials are unofficially called Talent Books.

One of the many Talent Level-up Materials or Talent Books you might need is the Guide to Ballad. In this article, we’ll let you know where and when you can get one.

What is Guide to Ballad?  

This Talent Level-up Material is one of the Ballad group of Talent Level-up Materials which also includes Teachings of Ballad and Philosophies of Ballad.

Where and When Can I Find Guide to Ballad?  

You can get this Talent Level-up Material from the domain Forsaken Rift located between Springvale and Dragonspine in Mondstadt. You should also take note that this can only be acquired on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

After completing the domain challenge, you can acquire the Ballad Books by using Original Resin x20.  

Also, challenging higher-level domains means getting better rewards. But if you only have Teachings of Ballad which are lower in rarity, you can use them to craft a Guide to Ballad.  

  • Teachings of Ballad x3 + Mora x175 = Guide to Ballad x1

Similarly, you can use Guide to Ballad to craft Philosophies of Ballad:

  • Guide to Ballad ×3 + Mora ×550 = Philosophies of Ballad x1
