Genshin Impact: Faruzan’s Ascension Materials and locations (Updated December 2022)

Faruzan is a 4-star Anemo character in Genshin Impact. As previously rumored, she turned out to specialize in providing Anemo buffs and reduce enemies’ Anemo RES.
If you want to add Faruzan to your team, you will need to prepare her Ascension Materials and Talent Level-Up Materials. We have listed everything that you need for her in this article.

VAYUDA TURQUOISE GEMS
This group of gems is used for ascending Anemo characters. You can obtain them primarily by fighting Normal Bosses and Weekly Bosses.

If you’re new to the game, you can craft higher rarity gems or convert one gem into another via Alchemy. You can do this by interacting with the crafting benches in the different cities in Teyvat.
LIGHT GUIDING TETRAHEDRON
The LIGHT GUIDING TETRAHEDRON is also dropped by the Normal boss called Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network released in Genshin Impact Version 3.1. You can hit two birds with one stone (get gems and Light Guiding Tetrahedron) by fighting this boss. This boss is located in Hypostle Desert, Sumeru.

HENNA BERRY
This material is a local specialty in Sumeru. Previously known as Redcrest, Henna Berry can only be found in the desert subregion of the Dendro nation. Check out the map below for Henna Berry’s location or learn more about this Local Specialty through our article called “Where to Find Henna Berry.”
SATIN, SILK, AND BROCADE
Satin, Silk, and Brocade are dropped by Eremite mercenaries in Sumeru. If you’re running low on these materials and are unsure where you can find some Eremite enemies, you can check the enemy’s location by going to the Paimon Menu > Adventurer Handbook > Enemies > The Eremites > Navigate.
You can also craft higher rarity Eremite drops via Alchemy or get some from the Stardust Exchange.
Faruzan’s Talent Level-Up Materials
Faruzan‘s talent “books” or Talent Level-Up Materials are the Admonition set. This set can be obtained by challenging the Steeple of Ignorance domain on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. This is located near Chatrakam Cave.
You can also craft higher rarity Admonition books via Alchemy.
Beyond Level 6 of Faruzan’s Talents, she will need the Talent Level-up Material called Puppet Strings, which can be obtained from the Joururi Workshop domain or the domain where you can fight Scaramouche.
