Genshin Impact: Dori Special Dish

Last Updated on: 8th September 2022, 01:37 am

Dori is an upcoming 4-star Electro Claymore character in Genshin Impact. She’s one of Sumeru’s many merchants, but she’s particularly known for her “unusual” stock of rare items and information. Being obsessed with Mora as she is, all items in her possession usually have a huge price. But the information on Dori Special Dish will be given for free!

Dori will be released in the second half of the Sumeru update in the rerun banners for both Ganyu and Kokomi. Being an Electro healer, she competes for team slots with Kuki Shinobu, who plays the same roles in a team and was also recently released. But of course, she has her unique features, such as her consistent Energy Recharge proprieties on her Burst.

As with other character-exclusive recipes, Dori Special Dish can be randomly obtained when she’s cooking specific food. It has a unique design for the dish and some extra effects better than a “Delicious” quality version of the base recipe.

There are currently no requirements or achievements for collecting any Special Dish, and it’s usually done for the sake of having them. However, some recipes can be very useful if you’re having trouble clearing a domain or just want a more effective way of healing yourself without losing a team slot.

Dori Special Dish: Show Me the Mora

As expected for someone who loves Mora so much like her, Dori Special Dish couldn’t be anything but money-themed, with the small touch of having her Genie lamp there too. Show Me the Mora can be randomly obtained when she cooks the Butter Chicken recipe.

  • Increases all party members’ ATK by 274 for 300s. In Co-op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).

Dori’s specialty. After paying a large sum of Mora, you finally got a chance to taste the dish cooked by Lord Sangemah Bay herself. Firm chicken is covered in the silky sauce with a smooth texture. With the mind-controlling charm of its great flavor, this dish is spurring an impulse in you to spend another fortune just to get another bite!

Show Me The Mora’s base recipe, Butter Chicken, does not cost any Mora, and it’s fairly easy to obtain. It’s one of the rewards for getting to Level 1 Reputation in Sumeru, so if you have been doing the Archon Quests and exploring the new region, chances are that you already have it.

  • Increases all party members’ ATK by 160–228 for 300s.
  • In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).

A flavorful dish. Juicy chicken is saturated with silky sauce. Every bite orchestrates an “elemental symphony of flavors”… Oops, before you even knew it, you had already emptied the plate. Dip the flatbread in the sauce — every last drop of this must go!

Butter Chicken can be cooked by using 3x Fowl, 3x Tomato, 1x Butter and 1x Spice, and it’s also a fairly easy recipe to get some extra attack. Take note that the Dori Special Dish will always be superior to the regular one.

All characters (with the exception of the bad-at-kitchen Archon Raiden Shogun) always have an exclusive recipe to them. If you’re interested in those alternative recipes, check out the Special Dishes for the version’s other new characters, Collei and Tighnari.
