Genshin Impact: Ayato’s weapon stats and passive leaked ahead of 2.6 update

Even before Genshin Impact’s 2.6 Update, which is set to be released on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, information on Kamisato Ayato’s weapon stats and passive has already spread among anticipating fans.  

Recently, @lumie_lumie, one of the most reliable leakers in the Genshin Impact community, revealed that Ayato is expected to be released at the start of the 2.6 Update.  

The current head of the Kamisato Clan and serves as the Yashiro Commissioner, Kamisato Ayato is a Hydro character with his signature weapon called Haran Geppaku Futsu.

The weapon’s stats and passive were leaked through a tweet by Twitter account UBatcha. As of writing, the information has already been removed in response to a report from the copyright holder. However, before it was taken down, it revealed the following details about Haran Geppaku Futsu: 

  • Base ATK: 46 
  • Base CRIT Rate%: 7.2% 
  • ATK at Level 90: 608 
  • CRIT Rate% at Level 90: 33.1% 
  • Rarity: 5-stars 

Noticeably, the weapon doesn’t have the highest ATK nor does it have the highest CRIT Rate% for a sword in the game. However, it has more ATK than other CRIT Rate% swords.  

Moreover, below is information on the sword’s passive: 

“Obtain 12/15/18/21/24% All Elemental DMG Bonus. When other nearby party members use Elemental Skills, the character equipping this weapon will gain 1 Wavespike stack. Max 2 stacks.

“This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When the character equipping this weapon uses an Elemental Skill, all stacks of Wavespike will be consumed to gain Rippling Upheaval: each stack of Wavespike consumed will increase Normal Attack DMG by 20/25/30/35/40% for 8s.”
