Genshin Impact: Ayaka rerun banner characters revealed

The featured 4-star characters for the Ayaka rerun banner in Genshin Impact have been officially revealed by Hoyoverse. Her second coming will be happening right after her older brother’s own banner ends, six patches after she was initially introduced.

Ayaka’s currently one of the strongest carries in the game, being a great pair with Hydro characters with her ability to perma-freeze her enemies, and it’s a solid pick if you’re looking for a good Cryo character. Interestingly enough, her synergy with her brother’s Burst is kinda nice, which ends up making them a good pair.

She’s also a very good fit for a future character, Yelan. If you can afford to get two 5-star characters in a roll or are just feeling lucky enough to try, both of them are good options to go for.

Ayaka rerun banner featured 4-star characters

Ayaka will be available in the Character Event Wish starting April 19, running until the end of the 2.6 version. Her featured 4-star characters are Sayu, Razor, and Rosaria. Razor, in particular, was more than about time for coming, since he hasn’t been featured in a single banner since Kazuha’s release.

For weapons, we have the return of two powerful weapons, the Mistsplitter Reforged and The Unforged. While the former is considered Ayaka’s signature weapon, it’s also the best choice for other sword users such as Keqing and Ayato. The Unforged is one of the best Greatswords in the game, given that you can keep its passive up at all times (AKA you have Zhongli).

The featured 4-star weapons in the banner are all focused on support. The Favonius Sword, The Bell, Favonius Lance, Favonius Codex, and Favonius Warbow all have rate-ups during this banner, being some of the most basic, but consistent Energy Recharge weapons in the game.

Genshin Impact is currently in its 2.6 version, “Zephyr of the Violet Garden”, which features the return of Venti, Ayaka, and the introduction of her older brother, Kamisato Ayato. The Chasm is also available, with new enemies, quests, treasures, puzzles, and lore to discover next to Liyue. 

You can play the game for free on mobile devices including Android, iOS, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, and Pc on both Hoyoverse’s official launcher and Epic Games Store. A Nintendo Switch version is stated to be in development.
