Fire is one of the classical elements. Usually associated with qualities of assertiveness and passion, this element is almost always used offensively in video games, especially RPGs.

Genshin Impact also has its fair share of this element. Fire is used by those who are blessed with the Pyro Vision. However, while often used offensively, some Pyro characters also use flames to heal and/or support other units.

In this article, we have listed all of the Pyro characters in Genshin Impact so far, so you’ll get to know them all.

Amber

How to Obtain	Obtained for free in the Prologue Act I: The Outlander Who Caught the Wind during the quest Winds of the Past.

Bennett

How to Obtain	Can be obtained at a normal rate from all Standard Wish Banners and Character Event Wishes except Beginner’s Wish.

Bad luck always seems to follow this Pyro character. An orphan discovered by an elderly adventurer as a baby, Bennett was raised in Mondstadt’s Adventurers’ Guild. He is the one and only member of “Benny’s Adventure Team,” as everyone else left the group after experiencing his awful luck. Dehya

How to Obtain	Can be obtained from the Auric Blaze banner during her debut in Version 3.5. After that, she will become available in all Limited-time and Standard Wish Banners.

Brave but not impulsive and highly skilled but not arrogant, this Pyro character is a well-known mercenary. Dehya is also known as the “Flame-Mane” among the mercenary circles. Her being a mercenary, however, doesn’t devoid her of any morals. In fact, she truly cares about her employer, Dunyarzad, and even helps the Traveler during the Sumeru Archon Quest without expecting anything in return. Diluc

How to Obtain	Can be obtained from the limited-time Event Wish Banners and from the Standard Wish Banners.

This Pyro character was born into the affluent Ragnvindr Clan. He was once a member of the Knights of Favonius, but an incident caused him to leave their ranks. Currently the owner of the Dawn Winery, Diluc still tries to protect the City of Mondstadt in his own way, causing Genshin Impact fans to call him the Batman of Mondstadt. 

Hu Tao

How to Obtain	Can only be obtained from the Moment of Bloom banner.

A cheerful and quirky girl at first glance, this Pyro character becomes more solemn when performing her duties in handling funerals and last rites. As the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, she accepts the inevitability of death. Klee

Like most kids, this Pyro character is full of energy and loves playing with friends. However, her kind of game often involves explosives! Although still very young, Klee has an impressive talent for creating explosives and is unbothered by the sound of explosions. 

Thoma

How to Obtain	Can be obtained at a normal rate from all Standard Wish Banners and Character Event Wishes except Beginner’s Wish.

Xiangling

How to Obtain	Obtained for free if players complete Floor 3, Chamber 3 of the Spiral Abyss.

The Head Chef of Wanmin Restaurant, this Pyro character doesn’t follow recipes by the book. She isn’t afraid to experiment with various ingredients, no matter how questionable they might sound for a particular dish. Although this is the case, she doesn’t seem to fail to make uniquely delicious dishes.

A fan of Rock ‘n’ roll, this Pyro character performs throughout Liyue Harbor even if her favorite music style isn’t that popular in her nation. However, it seems that her hard work slowly pays off. With her performances, she’s slowly amassing her own fanbase.  

Yanfei

Half-Adeptus and half-human, this Pyro character’s parents went on an adventure when she grew up and placed her under the care of Madame Ping. She knows her way around Liyue and knows all its laws. In fact, people call on her for legal advice. 

Yoimiya

How to Obtain	Can only be obtained from the Tapestry of Golden Flames banner.

The current owner of Naganohara Fireworks, summer on Narukami Island is not the same without this Pyro character. Not only is she loved by people because of her colorful fireworks but also because of her vibrant and outgoing personality.
