Genshin Impact 2.4: All of the new food recipes

The 2.4 version of Genshin Impact brought us not only a whole new exploration area in Enkanomiya (which is almost like a whole new region by itself) but also new food recipes for us to find. This includes brand new dishes and not only speciality ones.

The new recipes can usually be bought in stores across the map, but some of them require you to complete specific quests or are hidden inside treasure chests. This time, you’ll have to work a bit

List of new food recipes in 2.4

This version has 4 new recipes: Dragon Beard Noodles, Heartstring Noodles, Cloud-Shrouded Jade and Bountiful Year. Note that two of them are a character speciality, which means they cannot be directly cooked.

Dragon Beard Noodles

Increases all party members’ ATK by 160/194/228 for 300s.

This recipe can be obtained in the Wanmin Restaurant in Liyue, near the Teleport Point, for 5000 Mora (or with a 10% discount if you have enough reputation).

Heartstring Noodles

Increases all party members’ ATK by 274 for 300s.

Shenhe’s speciality, which can be randomly obtained when cooking the previous dish, Dragon Beard Noodles. As such, it works as a better version than the original.

Cloud-Shrouded Jade

Decreases all party members’ sprinting Stamina consumption by 25% for 1500s.

This is Yun Jin’s speciality, which can be acquired when cooking Lotus Seed and Bird Egg Soup with her, and it’s also stronger than the original. 

The original recipe can be obtained from the Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue (the place where you met Qiqi and Baizhu) for 2500 Mora.

Bountiful Year

Increases all party members’ ATK by 272 and CRIT Rate by 8% for 300s.

According to the game’s patch notes, the recipe can be acquired through the Fleeting Colors in Flight event, which should be arriving soon. Afterwards, it should be available for purchase in any of Liyue’s stores.

Currently, you can obtain 5 Bountiful Years by completing one of Enkanomiya’s World Quests, Lotus Eater. The final reward is the Dragonbone Orb, which can be sold in any of the 3 regions’ Antiques Shops. Selling it to Linlang in Liyue will grant you the new dish.

Her store is right next to the Mingxing Jewelry (the diamond icon on the map). Just remember that Linlang will only appear during the night (19:00 in game).

Genshin Impact is currently on its 2.4 version, “Fleeting Colors in Flight”, which marks the return of the Lantern Rites event, along with some new and returning characters, a whole new area for exploration, new skins, enemies and many more.

You can play the game for free on mobile devices including Android, iOS, Playstation 4, Playstation 5 and Pc on both miHoYo’s official launcher and Epic Games Store. A Nintendo Switch version is stated to be in development.
