Genshin Impact 2.1 Leaks: New Events, Keqing’s Character Quest, Signature Weapon to be Featured?

As fans are already gearing up for the debut of Genshin Impact’s upcoming version 2.0 “The Immortal God and the Eternal Euthymia”, known leaker Genshin Report revealed new leaks regarding the game’s version 2.1, featuring two upcoming events and the possibility the both Keqing’s Character Quest and Signature Weapon may be featured.

Genshin Impact 2.1: New Events and a New Island

According to Genshin Report, the game’s version 2.1 will feature not only the already known Moonchase Festival and the celebration of the game’s anniversary, but will also add another one of Inazuma’s Islands to the game.

Keqing’s Signature Weapon, Character Quest

In another post, Genshin Report talked about the possibility that both Keqing’s Character Quest, and her Splash Art signature weapon ”Starseeker” will be featured in the new version.

According to known leaker @SsukunaaA, the weapon, if released, will be focused on increasing Keqings capabilities especially. You can check out both his post, in which he talks about the weapon, as well as Genshin Report’s leak below:

It 100% true, the leaks give more weight to previously revealed leaks that Keqing would play a part in the game’s first anniversary, featured to take place on September 28th.

Genshin Impact’s version 2.0 “The Immortal God and the Eternal Euthymia” will be released on July 21st, and will feature Ayaka, Yoimiya, and Sayu’s debuts in the game, as well as the debut of the upcoming Inazuma region, new enemies, items, mechanics, and a new Archon quest featuring Baal, the Electro Archon.

You can take part in the game’s current version 1.6 right now, which features the character banner of Kaedehara Kazuha, as well as his featured weapon banner, a new Archon quest, and much more.

Genshin Impact is currently available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, mobile devices – Android and iOS – and for PC, via miHoYo’s official launcher and, since June 9th, in the Epic Games Store. A version of the game for the Nintendo Switch is also reportedly in development.
