The newest leak for the 2.1 version of Genshin Impact is the first gameplay video for Aloy, the main character from Horizon Zero Dawn and Genshin’s first collaboration character. The video shows us how her skills and her model will look in the game, and also some nice interactions.

The video was first posted on Reddit, and you check out her gameplay here:

We can check out her model right away, and the first thing she does is to throw her Elemental Skill, which does look a lot like Klee’s. And her pairing with Kazuha was not a coincidence. Just like Klee bombs, Anemo characters seem to be able to pull the ice bombs together, creating some nice interactions.

Right after, she uses her Elemental Burst, and we can see her animation, which resembles Venti’s. Her burst area is actually bigger than expected, and will probably be very useful for reaction combos, just like we can see in the video.

Sadly, since there were no enemies in the video, we couldn’t see how the effects of her special normal attacks will work on targets, but we should soon see more gameplay footage surfacing.

Aloy will be the first Genshin Impact character to have no constellations, but she seems to be strong enough to hold her own even without them. For a free character, her skills are looking very interesting, so we can have good expectations for the next collabs.
