According to the leaked description of her constellations, the third and fifth ones will, like with all other characters in the game, increase the level of both her Elemental Skill and Burst.

With that said, her first constellation will improve her gathering of resolve as well as the amount gained from her teammate’s elemental skills, and Bursts, while the second one increases the ATK of the whole party by 30% for 10 seconds.

Her fourth constellation will increase her overall burst state damage by decreasing enemies’ electro resistances by 60%, while the sixth one will decrease her teammate’s elemental Burst cooldown by 1 second every time she hits enemies with her tachi. The effect can only be generated once every second.

Taking into account her constellation and the previously leaked descriptions of her Normal/Charged ATKs, Elemental skill, and Burst, Baal will be a character-focused on increasing her teammate’s efficiency when in her normal state, but capable of dealing massive damage after unleashing her Elemental Burst and entering what we can call her Burst Mode.
