Baal: Elemental Burst Description

You can check out the leaked description of the Raiden Shogun’s Elemental Burst below, as it was posted on the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor Discord Group. Courtesy of Grand Uncle Uba and @abc64real.

”Raiden Shogun Elemental Burst

Elemental Burst: Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu
Gathering truths unnumbered and wishes uncounted, the Raiden Shogun unleashes the Musou no Hitotachi and deals AoE Electro DMG, using Musou Isshin in combat for a certain duration afterward. The DMG dealt by Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin’s attacks is based on the number of Shogan Byakugen no Rin’s Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used.

While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden.”

If the leak is correct, they really point out the fact that the Electro Archon can be in reality a DPS, since the overall damage of the attack seems to scale based on another of her talents and the infusion will fit an in-field DPS perfectly, boosting her damage ponderously with the right artifacts.
