Genshin Impact 1.6 Leaks: New event’s shop will feature weapon billets

New leaks regarding Genshin Impact’s upcoming version 1.6 continue to surface, and this time, a leak showing a new event exclusive item surfaced, which will give a player the ability to get a weapon billet of their choice.

According to Honey Impact, the item, which will be called ”Northlander Billet Trove”, will be available at the shop of a still unrevealed event, and will allow players to choose one between the already existing billets.

The event in question may be the rumored Ludi Harpastum Festival, which debuts together with a rerun of the previously released 5-star Klee. The event is speculated to end on June 24.

Right now, if players wish to get Genshin Impact’s weapon billets, they need to beat weekly bosses and hope to get the item afterward, something that is definitely not common, while also hoping to get the variant they need.

Genshin Impact’s version 1.5 “Beneath the Light of Jadeite” is already here, allowing players to roll for both 5-star Zhongli and 4-star Yanfei, to experience the new housing system, and much more. 

Genshin Impact is currently available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, mobile devices – Android, iOS – and PC, via miHoYo’s official launcher. A version of the game for the Nintendo Switch is reportedly in development.

The new version is expected to be released in early June, featuring banners starring both the new 5-star Kazuha and the already talked about Klee rerun.
