Genshin Impact 1.6 leaks: New challenge event, more about the new teapot features leaked

New leaks regarding Genshin Impact’s upcoming version 1.6 continue to surface, and this time, new details about the new features coming to the games housing system leaked, as well as details about a new time challenge event.

A New Challenge

According to the leaks, courtesy of known leaker Genshin Intel, a new event, called Sudden Endless Battle, will take place in the new archipelago region, which will debut in version 1.6.

On it, players will be able to compete in seven different challenges, each with 3 difficulty levels, where they will be able to stack different buffs.

More About the New Teapot Features

New details about Genshin Impact’s 1.6 leaked upcoming teapot feature, which will allow players to invite their characters to visit their teapot, were also revealed.

According to the leaker, you will be able to invite a specific number of characters depending on your current trust level.

According to user Arkywzx, on the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor Discord Group, players will receive 10 Primogems every time they invite a character or the first time.

Genshin Impact’s version 1.5 “Beneath the Light of Jadeite” is already here, allowing players to roll for both 5-star Zhongli and 4-star Yanfei, to experience the new housing system, and much more. The game’s upcoming 5-star Cryo claymore Eula will be released at a later date, together with her own character quest. 

The game is currently available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, mobile devices – Android, iOS – and PC, via miHoYo’s official launcher. A version of the game for the Nintendo Switch is reportedly in development.

The new version 1.6 of Genshin Impact is expected to be released in early June, featuring both a Klee rerun and a banner featuring the new 5-star sword user Kazuha.
