Genshin Impact 1.6 recipes

Genshin Impact 1.6 version is already reaching its end. The Archipelago event is over, and now we’re arranging our trip to Inazuma next month. We even got to meet Beidou and the new character, Kaedehara Kazuha, who are helping us to get there.

The trip will surely be harsh, so travelers should be prepared. And what’s a better way to do it if not by learning some new dishes? Having some extra food is never too much, especially when we’re engaging unknown domains and bosses!

Here are the locations for the 3 new food recipes in the Genshin Impact 1.6 version.

This recipe can be obtained from Chef Mao in Liyue’s Wanmin Restaurant. It’s a simple but efficient recovery dish if you need some quick healing.

Stir-Fried Shrimp

You can get this recipe from Verr Goldet at the Wangshu Inn. It increases your party members’ Shield Strength, so it’s great for characters like Diona or Zhongli.

Chicken Tofu Pudding

Maybe you have already got this recipe, since it’s related to a new World Quest. For those who haven’t, you can obtain it as a reward from “A Dish Beyond Mortal Ken”, also available in the Wangshu Inn. Just go downstairs and the quest should be available.

The tricky part here is that you’ll have to physically cook the recipe. After getting Smiley Yanxiao 1 Bird Egg and 1 Snapdragon as requested, you must cut the meat on the table. For that, you must use a sword-wielding character.

After that, apply some hydro to the pot (Xingqiu can do both of these jobs). Finally, use a pyro character to light up the oven, and there you have it! This dish increased your attack and critical rate by a good amount, being surely the strongest of the new batch.

Note that no Special Foods were added on 1.6, which means Kazuha’s exclusive dish isn’t available yet, and will probably be a regional dish from Inazuma. And when Genshin Impact finally takes us there, many more new food recipes will surely be found.
