From anime characters to real-life icons, there seems to be no end to Fortnite‘s collaborations. We’ve had personalities like LeBron James coming to the game, superheroes like Spider Man, and anime characters from different series including Naruto.

Now, the new John Cena x Fortnite skin is just “around the corner,” and it won’t be long until we finally hear the bell ring and see it dropped to the Item Shop. Whether or not we saw his arrival to the game coming, this is exciting not only for WWE fans but also for fans of the WWE superstar as an actor… which makes me want to ask you this: Is it just me or is he a pretty decent actor?

The new skin will arrive to Fortnite on July 28th at 8 pm ET. This is 1 am BST.

How can I get the John Cena x Fortnite skin?

You can get the new skin from the Fortnite Item Shop. As of writing, it is unlikely for the skin to be earned through gameplay or battle pass progression.

How much does the John Cena x Fortnite skin cost?

The new skin’s official price hasn’t been confirmed yet. However, it is expected to be similar to other Icon Series skins which cost around 1,800 V-Bucks. As for the bundle, that will most likely be around 3,000 V-Bucks.

Nonetheless, we’re getting closer to the new skin’s release, so we’ll just have to wait when it drops to the Item Shop.

What are the cosmetics and styles for the John Cena x Fortnite skin?

While we are all too familiar with Cena’s “you can’t see me” catchphrase, Epic has clarified that “the Outfit doesn’t actually have an invisibility feature.”

Instead, there are two styles. These include:

  • Entrance Gear
  • Ring Gear

The difference between the two is basically shirt on and shirt off.

Aside from the styles, there are also cosmetic items that we can look forward to. These are the following:

  • WWE Championship Title Back Bling (included with the Outfit)
  • open-hand Five Digit Slapper Pickaxe
  • U Can’t C Me Emote

Similar to other Icon Series sets, the items will most likely be released in a discounted bundle.
