Ever since the start of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1, players have been counting down the days until Tilted Towers would be making a return.

Tilted Towers was arguably the most popular POI in Fortnite Chapter 1, with the location being added to the game in early 2018 and remaining in the game through Chapter 1 until Summer 2019.

At the start of Chapter 3 Season 1, some players noticed a location that was covered in snow and ice, it was revealed by leakers that this was in fact Tilted Towers and it would be coming at some point during the season.

Leakers also uncovered the timeline for the snow changes, which has covered the map since the start of the season, and determined that Tilted Towers would be coming to the game this week.

Now, Epic Games has officially confirmed that the POI will be returning to the game tomorrow, January 18th, as part of the 19.10 update.

In a tweet, Epic Games hinted at the return of the POI by saying “One more sleep” along with a cityscape emoji. With so many rumors and speculations surrounding Tilted Towers, this tweet can only point to its return.

The Fortnite 19.10 update will be the first major patch introduced in 2022 following the end of Winterfest earlier this month.

Last week’s hotfix update did include the new weather system, which has added tornadoes and lightning to Fortnite, but it is unclear what to expect from the 19.10 update, but we can expect Tilted Towers to be the focus of the update, with the potential for new weapons and items to be included, but nothing has been confirmed so far.
