Fortnite No Build mode set to become permanent

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 shook up the game in the biggest way yet by removing building, and although this is meant to be temporary, it does look like the No Build mode could be set to become a permanent mode in Fortnite.
Prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX has revealed that the No Build modes could become permanent parts of the game alongside regular modes with building enabled saying,
“Seems like Epic IS planning to keep a No-Building modes, here are some signs/proofs
– There’s SEPARATE No-Building modes that they can enable ANYTIME after this limited time event ends – They changed most loading screen tips to say “In modes with building enabled …”
Another Fortnite leaker Twea has also noted that the modes will be called ‘Solo – No Build Battle Royale’, with Solo also being replaced by Duo, Trios, Squads depending on which mode is selected.
Many Fortnite players have praised Epic Games for their decision to remove building from the game for a time, with most reporting that it has breathed new life into the game and is incredibly fun.

This sort of feedback will certainly encourage Epic Games to explore the removal of building in the game, with it likely impacting map changes to ensure that it can be played without building, as well as influencing future maps that will be added in Chapter 4 and beyond.
