Fortnite FNCS Invitational 2022: Event dates, how to watch, Twitch drops, and more

LANs are a large part of competitive Esports, and they were virtually nonexistent for two years. Epic Games is hosting its first LAN since the Fortnite World Cup with the FNCS Invitational tournament.
A letter addressing Fortnite FNCSÂ fans and competitors has been published on the official Epic Games website with details and a broadcast schedule of the event.
The best part of the letter is a confirmation that fans and competitors can attend live in person. There were even additional seats made available to accommodate more attendees as Epic Games is anticipating more participants for the event. The letter had details including the dates, location, and prize pool for fans and competitors.

FNCS Invitational 2022 event details

FNCS Invitational 2022 format and prizes
The event will follow the Duos format and will mirror the structure of the three FNCS seasons this year. Adjustments were done to the points format. The idea is to balance the placement points and elimination points. During the competition, there will be 12 matches total across both days, with 6 matches each day.

Based on the table above, the point system of the event will reward the winners of each match with two points. Winning all 12 matches will accumulate 32 points.

FNCS Invitational 2022 broadcast details
For fans unable to attend physically, Epic Games ensures they also get a glimpse of the event. FNCS invitational 2022 will be broadcast across multiple platforms on November 12 and 13. There will be two language coverage of the event, English, and Portuguese. Here are the details of the English broadcast:

FNCS Invitational 2022 drops
Players who will tune in to the FNCS invitational 2022 broadcast will also have the opportunity to earn three new cosmetic Drops. The broadcast will officially start on November 12 at 2 PM ET. Before the event, make sure you do the following:
- Tune in at Legends Landing, watch.fortnite.com, the official Fortnite Youtube channel, or any Drops-supported Twitch channel broadcasting the FNCS competition to earn this season’s Drops.
- Link your Epic account and Twitch account within 14 days of claiming your Drop reward.
- Either follow or wait for the announcements of the Drop rewards on Fortnite’s official Twitter and Instagram.
Take note that the rewards will no longer be available to claim via Drops after the official FNCS Broadcast ends on November 13.

FNCS Invitational 2022 Community Cup, Clean Feed, and Legends Landing
FNCS Invitational Community Cup will start on November 8. Participants will have the opportunity to battle for FNCS Invitational-themed cosmetic items. Make sure to follow Fortnite‘s official social media channels or visit our website to get more details of this event once more details start coming later this month.
For those who want to practice their casting prowess or if you just want to have fun with your watch party without the commentary in the background, you can use the clean link feed at watch.fortnite.com. Make sure to read through the Terms of Service and accept them before accessing the feed.
The all-new Legends Landing will become available for fans to explore. You can also complete special Quests to earn in-game cosmetic rewards. For those who want to jump in the fun, simply input the island code 3303-7480-5925 or select it in Discovery on November 3 at 9 AM ET.
