Final Fantasy XIV announces official cookbook
Square Enix just announced a very interesting new product: An official Final Fantasy XIV cookbook cointaning recipes for recreating many of the in-game dishes. This is the newest chance to level up your Culinarian job in real life!
Titled “The Ultimate FINAL FANTASY XIV Cookbook”, the official announcement made in the game’s website states that the book is being published by Insight Editions, and will be on sale starting November 9.

We can have a sneak peak on some of the recipes the cookbook will include, like Rolanberry Cheesecakes, the Starlight Dodo and the delicious Coffee Biscuits, which are a great source of money in-game using a well known strategy.
All the recipes are close to the original ingame version, but obviously using real life ingredients. So for example, the Starlight Dodo will not actually require you to buy dodo meat in your nearest market.
The cookbook can be ordered right now either on the official Square Enix website or Amazon at the cost of $35. The book is also available on Gamestop, and this version has a exclusive cover variant, which features a cute Paissa wearing a culinarian hat. This special version will be available for the same price.

Final Fantasy XIV is currently on the end of its third expansion, Shadowbringers, which brought two new races, the Viera and the Hrothgar, along with two new jobs, Dancer and Gunbreaker.
The next expansion, Endwalker, will be released on November 23, and it’s already available for pre-ordering on the official site. Along with the male versions of the Viera and the two new jobs, Sage and Reaper, the expansion will take us into a trip to the moon, where the game’s acclaimed main story will finally be concluded.
