Wait… The Warzone Gulag Is Getting Zombies? Surely Not

Recently, a new batch of leaks is suggesting that the Warzone Gulag is going to get Zombies as the end of Verdansk fast-approaches! Here’s everything we know.
If leakers are going to be believed, then we could see another batch of major changes to the Warzone Gulag as Zombies continue to spread from the Shipwreck in Verdansk.
For a week now, Zombies have been bumbling about the new Point of Interest near Port and Prison but now they could finally be spreading as Raven Software begin to move forward with their “End of Verdansk” Zombie narrative.
Zombies In The Warzone Gulag
One of the major clues that Zombies are coming to the Warzone Gulag is the fact that prominent Call of Duty content creators have been posted an unusual package celebrating Warzone’s first anniversary.
Below, you can see what we mean…
The sweatpants appear to be a “Verdansk Prison” get-up and there’s a note along with it! It reads:
” There are no second chances after losing a battle here. The outer prison is a hostile-rich environment. You’re safer in the ghoul-ag.”
The phrase “safer in the ghoul-ag” is an interesting one that would suggest that the Warzone Zombies are making their way to the Prison above the Gulag rather than the Gulag itself, but could we see both?

How would it even work? The Gulag is a notoriously quick event that pits two players up against one another in a quick-fire deathmatch.
Some fans believe that this means that players will instead have to fight their way out of a Zombie-infested Gulag, rather than fight one-another but the only way we’ll know for sure is from Activision and Raven Software themselves.
