It’s time to lock and load, Operators. Call of Duty Vanguard is finally here and there’s a batch of new weapons to check out in multiplayer and Call of Duty Zombies. If you’re looking for something that packs a punch – no pun intended – you should check out the AS44. It’s a weapon you’ll recognise from WWII’s arsenal, but this version is going to operate a little differently. Here’s the best AS44 loadout and class build for Vanguard’s multiplayer.

Vanguard’s AS44 – Assault Rifle

The AS44 is one of the heavier options if you’re set on using an Assault Rifle in Vanguard. It is fully automatic, but you might want to exercise some control with your bursts as the AS44 has quite a lot of base recoil. There are ways to manage this with attachments, but it’s still not going to compare to the control you’d get with an STG44 – for example.

Still, the AS44 is hard-hitting and can be used with Vanguard’s mounting features to tear through opponents quickly. It’s the perfect choice for someone who wants to play with a Light Machine Gun but still wants to retain the mobility an Assault Rifle offers.
