Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is finally here, and it is set to be one of the biggest launches the series has seen for quite some time, with it being the second entry in the rebooted Modern Warfare series.

As we’re now in 2022, and the next-gen platforms have been out for a couple of years, we are starting to see modern games utilize the full power of current-gen PC hardware as more gamers are aiming to play in 4K.

Here are the PC requirements for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, can your PC run it?

Overall, for a AAA game released in 2022, the PC requirements for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II are very reasonable, especially when looking at the minimum and recommended requirements which target 60fps at various graphics settings.

It is only you start aiming for higher frame counts above 100fps and going beyond 1080p to 1440p and 4K that the requirements understandably get more demanding, with them aiming for more up-to-date hardware, although still a couple of years old for the most part.

One thing to note is that PC requirements usually aren’t set in stone, and you will find that your game can perform better than what the requirements state even with lesser hardware or the same hardware. As time goes on, we will discover whether that is the case with Call of Duty Modern Warfare II or not.
