Myth leaves TSM after three years with the organization

TSM Myth

After three years as part of one of the biggest esports organizations in the world, TSM, Myth is saying goodbye to the company and moving on.

First making his name as one of the original top players in Fortnite in 2017/2018, Myth was renowned for his building mechanics, which swiftly made him one of the most viewed streamers on Twitch at the time thanks to his signing and friendships with other top creators such as Ninja.

In recent years he has transitioned to other games such as Call of Duty: Warzone and other battle royale games where he has maintained a sizeable audience and regularly collaborates and plays with top creators such as TimTheTatMan, Dr. Disrespect, and 72hrs.

In a tweet, Myth and TSM announced the news with a 4-minute long video that you can check out below.

“We’ve watched you grow from a Fortnite streamer to an incredibly talented and well-rounded content creator. Thank you for everything you brought to TSM over the last 3 years, it’s been a wild ride.”

Myth also took to Twitter to thank the organization for what they were able to achieve and the help they gave him to launch his content creation career.

“Thank you @TSM for allowing me to be honest and open in this announcement video. I’ll always be grateful for what we’ve been able to accomplish together. I’d also like to give a big thank you to @leena_xu for all the guidance and help she gave me while I was on TSM.”

He also named various people from within the organization who played key roles in helping him throughout his time with the company.

“Another big thanks to Jocelyn and @TSMScales for helping me out during some of the most wild moments of my career. Always doing the most to do the best they can for me. There is no such thing as a self made man, thank you to everyone that’s helped me along my way”

Other TSM members, such as fellow Fortnite creator Emad, took to Twitter to share memories of the two together.

“Will never forget the golden days, all the way from 2018 Pax West to the 2019 TSM house. One of my biggest inspirations forever a legend Myth”

It will be interesting to see whether Myth is looking to sign to another organization, such as 100 Thieves or NRG, or whether he will continue to be a free agent and focus more on his streaming career.
